Having tried the usual car accessory places and trying to navigate websites all in search of a new glass mirror for my Golf the past two days, to no avail. I drove into VWS in Bedminster Bristol. There my night in blue overalls, looked up the part I needed, not ridiculously priced, went and picked the part straight off the shelf and fitted it for me. Phoned VWS today, popped in to collect and discuss a few things. So professional, helpful and honest. If you live within 100 miles of this place, don’t go anywhere else !!

Excellent customer service, product knowledge, prices and stock. I found them extremely helpful with useful advice regarding the specific issue I had and with their help it was fixed quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

I returned a few days later and purchased a full service kit and wiper blades from stock which were top quality parts at a very reasonable price. thank you to Stuart, Dan and all the team.
